绝缘层数及温度对变压器回复电压参数的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为拓展油纸绝缘状态影响因素的研究范围,进一步推广回复电压(RVM)法在绝缘状态诊断方面的应用,运用控制变量法进行测量,通过物理模型试验研究了绝缘层数及温度对回复电压各参数的影响。试验结果表明,温度一定时,随绝缘层数的增加中心时间常数会缓慢变大,而回复电压最大值并未有大幅变化,中心时间常数值在减小;随充电时间的延长,绝缘层数越少对应的初始斜率越大。绝缘层数一定时,回复电压最大值随温度的升高增幅越快,曲线峰值越小;温度对中心时间常数的影响比较明显,而对初始斜率的影响则较小。 To expand the study scope of the influencing factor in the oil paper insulation condition,the application of return voltage method(RVM)in the diagnosis of insulation state is further promoted.Control variable method is used to measure.Then the influence of insulation layer and temperature on recovery voltage parameters is studied based on the physical model test.Experimental results show that the dominant time constant will become larger slowly,return voltage maximum does not significantly change,and center time constant value decreases when the temperature is constant.With the extension of the charging time,the less of the insulation layer is,the larger of the initial slope is.When the insulation layers are fixed,the maximum value of return voltage increases faster as the temperature increases more quickly,but the curve peak become smaller;the influence of temperature on the center of time constant is obvious,but the impact on the initial slope is smaller.
