摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者行胃转流术围手术期的护理方法。方法对12例2型糖尿病患者行胃转流术,术前行护理评估,做好心理护理,严格控制血糖,指导合理膳食;术后注意观察病情、监测和控制血糖,加强胃肠减压管护理,提供合理的营养支持,观察、预防并发症的发生,并注重出院指导及随访。结果本组10例术后随访8个月,按糖尿病诊断标准做葡萄糖耐量试验均提示糖尿病病情好转,另2例正在随访中。组中所有患者均未出现新的糖尿病并发症。结论对2型糖尿病行胃转流术患者给予精心围术期护理,可确保手术顺利进行,减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate perioperative nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes preparing for gastric bypass.Methods Nursing assessment,psychological care,strict glycemic control and reasonable diet were done before operation.Observing the condition,monitoring and control the blood sugar,strengthening the gastrointestinal decompression tube care,nutritional support to provide reasonable,observation,prevention of complications,and discharge instruction and follow-up attention were used postoperation.Results According to diagnostic criteria for diabetes glucose tolerance test,10 cases were followed up for 8 months,were prompted diabetic condition,and the other two were following up.There were no new complications of diabetes.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes patients with gastric bypass given careful perioperative care could ensure the smooth progress of surgery,reduce postoperative complications.
