摘要
目的 :总结糖尿病患者施行五官科手术围手术期处理的经验。方法 :对 2 1例患有糖尿病的五官科手术病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :延迟愈合 2例 ,无 1例发生酮症酸中毒高渗性昏迷 ,水电解质紊乱和低血糖昏迷。结论 :建立完善的血糖、尿糖监测制度 ,严格控制血糖水平是安全度过围手术期的关键。
Objective:To sum up the experience on perioperative managements of patients with diabetes underwent operation on five sense organs.Methods:The clinical data of 21 patients with diabetes underwent operation on five sense organs were analyzed retrospectively.Results:2 cases had delayed healing.None hypertonic coma with ketoacidosis,water-electrolyte imbalance and hypoglycernic coma.Conclusion:Improving system of monitoring blood and urine glucose and controling the level of blood glwcos is the key to safe perioperation.
