摘要
本文对大冶诺兰达炉从1997年10月投产,到1998年8月停炉,历时316d的生产情况及鼓风时率进行了概述和统计。综合分析了影响鼓风时率的各个因素。
The Daye Smelter, which is licensed to use Noranda Continuous Smelting process, was commissioned in October 1997, and it was in operation for 316 days for its first campaign till the August 1998. This paper presents a description and statistics of the reactor production and its blowing time ratio. It also analyzes all the factors that influence the blowing time ratio and cause the reactor downtime, and suggests some measures to be taken to decrease the downtime caused by the factors.
