摘要
目的将传统的小梁切除术与睫状体剥离术进行改良性结合，使之进一步提高抗青光眼手术的成功率；方法在小梁切除术结束时实施局部睫状体剥离；结果改良后的联合组手术成功率为92％，明显高于单纯组的82％，统计学处理具有非常显著性差异；结论改良后的联合术式增加了手术的安全性，提高了手术的成功率，减少了并发症，可作为一种新的抗青光眼术式。
Objectives Combining by improvement the conventional trabeculetomy with the ciliary body peeling to increase the success ratio ofthe resistant glaucoma operation.Methods The local ciliary body peeling was carried out as soon as the trabeculetomy was finished.ResultsThe operation success ratio in the combined group by improvement was92%, significantly hither than that (82%) in the single group in theshatistics. Conclusions The conbined operation pattern by improvenentincreased the safety and success ratio of the operation and decreased thecomplication, which could be applied as a new resistant glaucoma operation pattern.
