摘要
目的观察青光眼白内障联合手术中丝裂霉素C(MMC)与调节缝线的应用的效果。方法各种类型青光眼合并白内障35例(35眼),进行超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入,同时做小梁切除,在术中应用丝裂霉素C及调节缝线。术后随访2年。结果术前平均眼压(41.14±17.06 mmHg)(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。术后7天、1年、2年眼压分别为(11.42±4.28)mmHg、(15.08±4.17)mmHg及(15.87±4.08)mmHg。术后1天、7天、1月、3月视力≥0.6分别为25眼(71.43%)2、6眼(74.29%)2、7眼(77.14%)2、8眼(80.00%)。随访2年,Ⅰ型滤过泡30眼,Ⅱ型滤过泡3眼,Ⅲ型滤过泡2眼。前房形成情况:术后第1日正常前房形成32眼(91.43%),Ⅰ度浅前房3眼(8.57%),无Ⅱ度浅前房发生。术后第7日Ⅰ度浅前房1眼,无Ⅱ度浅前房发生。结论青光眼白内障联合手术,术中联合应用MMC与调节缝线,可提高手术成功率,减少术后并发症。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of mitomyein C and adjustable sutues in phacoemulsifieation combined with trabeculectomy. Methods Phaeuernulsifieation and trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C （MMC） and adjustable suture were performed in 35 patients （35 eyes）. All the cases were followed-up 24 months. Results The average of IOP were 41.14 ± 17.06 mmHg preoperatively, and postoperative IOP were 11.42 ± 4.82,15.08 ± 4.17, 15.87 ± 4.08 mmHg in 7 days, 1 year 2 years respectively;visual acuity postoperatively were 0.6 or berrer in 28 eyes （80.00%） after 3 months＇ fullow up. Filtering belb were followed-up two years, Type Ⅰ filtering bleb in 30 eyes,Type Ⅱ filtering belh in 3 eyes, Type Ⅲ filtering belb in 2 eyes. Conclusion The combined surgery, is a sate, effective and economic method for treatment of cataract complicated with glaucoma cases.
