21世纪的企业竞争越来越表现为企业文化的竞争,在精神、制度和物质层面都与企业相适应的企业文化是企业生存与发展的原动力。监狱企业是一类特殊的国有企业,在新时期监狱体制改革的背景下,亟需构建特色企业文化,以推动监狱企业及监狱工作发展。
