摘要
目的减少小梁切除术后浅前房和低眼压的发生。方法本文对22例30眼小梁切除术中联合巩膜瓣可拆除缝线的方法进行观察和术后3～14d拆除巩膜瓣可拆除缝线。结果所有病人术后24h迅速形成前房，经1～16mo的术后观察，眼压控制率为93％。结论该方法可主动调节房水滤过量，促进功能性滤过泡形成，减少并发症发生，提高手术成功率。
Objective To reduce shallowing of the anterior chamber and hypolong during the early trabeculectomy. Methods Releasable sutures for scleral flaps in trabeculectomy were performed on 30 eyes of 22 patients and releasable sutures were removed on the 3rd～ 14th day postoperatively. Results The anterior chambers of 30 eyes reformed within 24 hours postoperatively and the rate of control of the intraocular pressure was 93% in 1～16 follow up months. Conclusions The procedure has actively adjusted the amount of aqua oculi out flowing, promoted the formation of founctional filtering blebs,decreased complications and elevated the rates of surgical success.
