摘要
目的：观察铜蒸汽激光用于光动力疗法对鲜红斑痣的治疗效果。方法：选择铜蒸汽激光作为光源，以光动力疗法治疗鲜红斑痣，每次治疗间隔３ ～６ 个月。结果：８０ 例患者，经１～３ 次治疗，痊愈２０ 例，显效３６ 例，有效２２ 例，有效率为９７－５％ 。结论：铜蒸汽激光用于光动力疗法治疗鲜红斑痣有明显疗效，且副作用少。
Objective:to observe the treatment effect on nevus flammeus with copper vapor laser in photodynamic therapy (PDT).Methods:copper vapor laser was used as light source.PDT was applied in treatment of nevus flammeus.The treatment interval was 3～6 months.Results:80 patients went through 1～3 treatments.20 lesions were cured,36 lesions had good blanching,22 lesions had fair blanching.The effective rate was 97.5%.Conclution:in the treatment of nevus flammeus,copper vapor laser in PDT has more curative effect,the side effects produced by the treatment were mild.
