摘要
回顾分析1989~1996年因高泌乳素血症引起不孕、闭经、溢乳等22例患者,结合文献重点讨论本病的病因及治疗方法,提出垂体肿瘤是主要病因之一,治疗方法以口服溴隐亭为主。
From 1989 to 1996,22 patients with hyperprolactinemia were reviewed.The causes and treatments of hyperprolactinemia were discussed with special attention.It is suggested that the main cause of hyperprolactinemia be pituilary tumor.The main treatment of hyperprolactinemia was administration with bromocriptine.
