微波与水浴热源条件下接枝淀粉聚合对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨微波与水浴热源条件下淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯接枝聚合规律的差异。在其他条件相同的情况下,分别测试了微波与水浴热源条件下制备出的淀粉丙烯酸丁酯接枝聚合物的接枝率、接枝效率、接枝分子量,并对比了所制取出的两种接枝淀粉浆料浆液的黏度、黏度热稳定性、黏附力及浆纱性能。结果表明,在微波热源和水浴热源条件下,都能完成淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯接枝共聚,在微波热源条件下淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯接枝共聚要比水浴热源条件下容易得多,微波引发淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯接枝共聚时间短,接枝率高,对涤棉混纺纱上浆效果良好。 Difference of starch butyl acrylate graft polymerization rule in condition of microwave heating and water heating was discussed. In same condition of other factors, graft ratio, graft efficiency, graft molecular weight of starch butyl acrylate graft polymerization made in the two conditions were tested respectively. Viscosity, viscosity thermal stability, adhesion force and sizing property of the two graft starch sizing were contrasted. The result shows that starch butyl acry- late graft polymerization could be done in both conditions. Starch butyl acrylate graft polymerization could be done much easier in condition of microwave heating. Starch butyl acrylate graft polymerization time is shorter in condition of microwave heating, the graft ratio is higher,sizing effect is better for polyester cotton blended yarn.
