摘要 探讨2FJA型转杯纺半自动接头装置的创新设计方案。通过对转杯纺半自动接头机理的分析,建立了转杯纺接头过程中转杯内纤维增量的数学模型,通过分析结头处纱线直径的变化规律,优选出较优的接头控制方案,并与正常纱进行了结头强力和外观的对比试验,结果表明:所设计的2FJA型半自动接头装置可使结头强力提高10%以上,结头外观得到较明显的改善。 Innovation design plan of 2FJA rotor spinning semiautomatic joint device were discussed. Mathematical model of fiber increase in rotor during rotor spinning joint process was established through analyzing rotor spinning semiautomatic joint principle. Through analyzing joint yarn diameter change rule, better joint control case was optimized. Then the joint yarn strength and appearance were contrasted and tested with normal yarn. The result shows that joint yarn strength could be increased above 10% and the joint appearance could be improved obviously through using 2FJA rotor spinning semiautomatic joint device.
