摘要
用交流阻抗图谱法(EIS)研究了丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层的紫外光老化过程。老化前后涂层的孔隙率电阻、涂层电容、极化电阻以及双电子层电容均发生了明显变化。涂层孔隙率从1.986×10-5上升到2.174×10-4,半定量化地表征了涂层的老化规律。SEM分析验证了涂层孔隙率的变化,涂层失光率、色差变化规律跟孔隙率的变化规律有很好的相关性。研究结果证明,涂层的孔隙率可以作为一个重要参数用来检测及预测涂层的老化规律。最后,根据EDS的检测结果对丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层的老化机理进行了探讨。
The degradation of acrylic polyurethane coating when exposed to UV radiation is studied by monitoring its properties variation using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). The properties of the coating such as porosity resistance, coating capacitance, polarize resistance and double electro-layer capacitance are changed obviously before and after being exposed to UV light, Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy demonstrates that the porosity of the film increases with the exposure time and it can be measured quantitatively. The porosity of the coating varying from 1. 986 × 10^-5 to 2. 174 × 10^-4 during photoaging and monitoring porosity may well give an early indication of coating performance. The conclusion is confirmed through SEM,chromatic aberration and gloss loss measurements. Finally, the photoaging mechanism of the coatings is discussed using the results from the EDS.
