摘要
对煤矿企业安全文化建设中执行力欠缺的原因进行了分析,指出了管理者及员工自身和企业方面存在的问题,并以此为基础,提出了从安全制度、安全理念、安全奖惩、组织结构、安全氛围5个方面推进安全文化建设的具体措施。
On the basis of the theoretical research of executive ability and safety culture,this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of executive ability in the construction of safety culture of coal enterprises and reveals the existing problems with the managers,the staff and the enterprises.Furthermore,the specific measurements are proposed to promote the construction of safety culture by improving the executive powers.
