摘要
介绍小孔径树脂与注浆联合锚固预应力锚索的特点和力学性能。以山西潞安常村煤矿大断面、围岩松软、受地质构造和采动影响的运输大巷为例,介绍巷道围岩强度、围岩结构和地应力测量结果,锚索加固设计方案,井下施工和矿压监测结果。通过分析监测数据,对锚索加固效果及其经济效益进行了评价。
The characteristic and mechanical properties of pretensioned cable with small borehole anchored by resin and grout are summarized. The measurement results of strength, structures of surrounding rocks, and in-situ stresses, the design scheme of cable, underground construction technology and monitoring are introduced, based on a haulageway with large section, soft surrounding rocks, affected by geologic structures and mining in Changcun Coal Mine, Lu'an, Shanxi. The strengthening effect of the cable is appraised, and the techno-economic benefits are analyzed by means of monitoring data.
