摘要
本文用非等温技术对中国大雁褐煤进行了超临界气体萃取的研究.所得结果是:萃取油类产物产率是低温干馏油产率的2.7倍;萃取物产率随压力升高而增加;溶剂甲苯中加入一定量的乙醇或四氢萘,萃取物产率和萃取转化率都有很大提高.大雁褐煤萃取物中有50%是沥青质,25%是油.萃取过程可用二级反应动力学方程式来描述.萃取物的结构单元主要由芳环和脂环所构成,萃取物的平均分子量为448,芳碳率为0.53.
The nonisothermal supercritical extraction of Chinese Dayan lignite was investigated in a semi-continuous unit. The result showed that the tar yield of supercritical extraction of Dayan lignite with toluene is about 2.7 times higher than that of Fisher assay experiment. When small amount of tetralin or ethanol was added to the toluene, the conversion and extract yield increases greatly. The conversion and extract yield increase with increasing pressure. Half of the Dayan lignite extract is asphaltenes. The extraction process can be described by a second order reaction kinetic equation. The structural unit of extract consists primarily of aromatic rings and cycloparaffinic rings. The average molecular weight of the extract is 448. The aromaticity is 0.53.
