摘要
介绍了煤炭液化技术与我国煤炭直接液化研究取得的成果。
hina is rich in coal and poor in petroleum oil.A direct coal liquefaction can make up for the poor in petroleum oil and provide equivalent petroleum resources of 100 billion t.The direct coal liquefaction is a technology to produce liquid oil with coal under high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen.This technology had been first used for commercial production during the 2nd World War.In the recent study,a previous reaction pressure of 70 MPa has been reduced to D20～30 MPa and the production cost has been reduced greatly.A pilot plant with a production of 150 to 160 t/d has been built in German,Japan,USA and other countries.There are three small scale pilot plants of coal liquefaction in Beijing Research Institute of Coal Chemistry,Central Coal Mining Research Institute.Chinese Coal Liquefaction performances and technique conditions have been studied and a group of results has been obtained form the study.All those have made a foundation for a industrial production in China.The direct coal liquefaction has not only a strategy function in China,but a realistic function in some area where is rich in coal and poor in petroleum oil.Base on a preliminary estimation,to build a coal liquefaction demonstration plant with an annual production of 1 7 million t will need an investment of RMB 4 273 billion Yuan.This investment will have inner financial recovery rate of 13 38%,an oil production cost of RMB 1125 Yuan/t and a good economic result.
