摘要
针对135系列柴油机普遍存在的燃油消耗率高、排放差的问题,开发了一种四角缩口ω紊流型燃烧室燃烧系统.在2135G型柴油机上的试验表明,在不改变原机进气系统的条件下,利用燃烧室的特殊结构在压缩行程后期可产生很强的挤流和紊流,加快了缸内混合气的形成和燃烧速率,缩短了扩散燃烧过程,使柴油机的燃油耗油率。
Abstract A square contract throat ω type swirl combustion chamber system is developed in order to reduce high fuel consumption and poor emissions in 2135G model diesel engine.The experimental results in the new combustion chamber with special structure show that,under the condition of unchanging the intake system,1)the squish and turbulence are increased greatly during the intake process.2) the formation of mixture of air and fuel and the combustion speed are picked up.3) the Course of diffuse combustion is shorten and the rate of fuel consumption,the emission of smoke and No x are also improved.
