摘要
采用ANSYS软件对数控转塔冲床的床身进行有限元分析与计算,研究其在公称载荷下床身的应力与变形情况,将有限元计算结果与实验测试结果相比较,得到正确的有限元模型。在此基础上,对床身进行优化,分析床身主板厚度对转塔冲头位移与床身应力的影响,根据分析结果确定合适的主板厚度,减小冲头部分弯曲,减轻床身质量。
FEM is applied to analysis and calculation a model of CNC punching machine through the finite element software ANSYS,and reseach the deformation and the stress distribution of the body in the nominal pressure,comparing with finite element results and experimented results to get correctly finite element model.On the basis,take optimization of the CNC punch,and analyse the influence of the thickness of the main board on CNC punch to the displacement of CNC punch and the stress of model head,according the result,determine the appropriate thickness of the main board on CNC punch,reduce the bending of the head on CNC punch,and the weigh of the model.
