摘要
本文探讨了一种考虑结合部动态性能影响、利用设计图纸或实际结构建立机床结构动力学模型的方法。作为实际应用,对昆明铣床厂生产的X8132型万能工具铣床进行了建模的分析与计算。计算结果与对机床进行激振试验的分析处理结果是相符合的,所建立的动力学模型能较好地模拟实际结构的动态特性。
In this paper a method for establishing the dynamic model of a machine-toolis developed in consideration of its joint dynamic characteristics using designdrawings or actual structures.By applying the method to practice,a universaltool milling machine(Type X8132)which was manufactured by Kunming MillingMachine Plant is modeled and analysed.The result obtained by calculation agreeswith that of the machine under excitation and the dynamic machine model simu-lates the actual dynamic characteristics fairly well.
