摘要
中药在我国医药领域的地位举足轻重,中药多成分、多靶点和作用的多样性,给其物质基础、作用机制、安全性等研究带来了相当的困难。利用现代分析仪器技术来研究中药,研制出安全、高效、质量可控的现代中药是中药研制的必然要求。特别是在中药药动学领域,由于现代分析仪器的应用极大推动了中药药动学的发展。本文综述了现代分析仪器技术在中药药动学方面的应用及其前景。
Chinese medicine is very important in china.Its many elments,targets and variety take a large number of difficulties to its material base,mechanism of action and security.The use of modern analytical instrument techniques to study traditional Chinese medicine and the development of safe,efficient,quality-control and modern medicine are necessary requirement for the development of Chinese medicine.Especially in the field of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacokinetics,because the application of modern analytical instruments greatly facilitated the development of Chinese medicine pharmacokinetics.This paper reviews the application and the prospect of modern analytical instrument techniques in Chinese medicine pharmacokinetics.
