摘要
研制的Sc型MH-Ni电池,正极载体采用连续式泡沫镍,负极载体采用穿孔镀镍钢带,正、负极板采用卧式拉浆工艺生产。该电池放电平台高,容量可达到2600mAh(1C),荷电保持能力强,高倍率放电性能优良,循环寿命良好。
The Sc size Ni MH battery was developed by a horizontal slurry pasting process. The foamed nickel substrate is used for the positive electrode and the nickel plated perforated steel ribbon is used for the negative electrode. Discharge capacity of battery is 2600mAh at 1C rate and the self discharge rate is low and the discharge performance at high rate is good. It has longer discharge voltage platform and longer cyclic life at 1C rate, which can meet the demand of electric tools.
