摘要
目的:探讨抑郁对慢性肾功能衰竭患者预后的影响。方法:应用Beck抑郁量表对慢性肾功能衰竭患者进行评分,分析BDI>10分组、BDI≤10分组患者3个月、1年再住院率和死亡率。结果:BDI>10分组1年死亡率高于BDI≤10分组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036);3个月、1年再住院率,3个月死亡率两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.081、0.434、0.342)。结论:抑郁与慢性肾功能衰竭患者预后不良相关。
Objective：To analyze the influence of depression to outcomes of patients with HRF（chronic renal failure）.Methods：We scored the patients hospitalized for HRF with BDI（Beck Depression Inventory） and assessed all-cause mortality and rehospitalization rates 3 months and 1 year after depression assessment.Results：The mortality rate at 1 year of BDI sore≥ 10 group was higher than that of BDI sore10 group,there was a significant difference in two groups（P=0.036）.There was no difference of rehospitalization rates at 3 months,1 year and mortality rate at 3 months between two groups（P=0.081,0.434,0.342）.Conclusion：Depression is associated with a poor prognosis in patients with HRF.
