摘要
喷燃器附近水冷壁磨损泄漏会马上引起停炉事故。以ＨＧ４１０ｔ／ｈ锅炉水冷壁典型磨损为实例，介绍了３种喷燃器的布置以及运行情况，分析了原因，提出了防止水冷壁磨损的综合技术措施。
Wearing leakage of water wall tubes near corner burners will lead to shutdown failure of boiler immediately.With the typical wear of water wall tubes of HG410 t/h boiler as an example,the layouts of three kinds of burners and their operations are introduced,the causes are analyzed and the comprehensive technical measures of preventing water wall tubes from wearing are put forward.
