摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定芪仁通络胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量。方法采用DiamonsilTM(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-水(42:58)为流动相;流速1.0mL.min-1;漂移管温度:105℃;载气流速:2.7L.min-1。结果黄芪甲苷进样量在23.25～372.0μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.28%,RSD为1.49%(n=9)。结论本法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To determined the content of Astraloside in Qirentongluo Capsules by HPLC-ELSD.METHODS Use the DiamonsilTM（4.6×250 mm,5μm）column,its mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（42∶58）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,drift tube temperature was 105℃,and gas flow rate was 2.7 L·min-1.RESULTS It was showed that the Astraloside had a good linearity within the range of 23.25～372.0μg（r=0.9993）.The average recovery was 99.28%,and RSD=1.49%（n=9）.CONCLUSION This method is simple and accurate for determination of Astraloside in Qirentongluo Capsules.
