摘要
采用不同剂量(0~200 Gy)的60Co-γ射线辐照玉米自交系的幼苗和种子,调查当代及后代的生长变化情况。结果发现:玉米幼苗最佳的辐照剂量是75~100 Gy,种子的最佳辐照剂量为100~150 Gy。分析两者在变异频率和变异性状上的差异,比较两种方式在操作上的优缺点,为辐射育种工作提供可靠的理论与技术参考。
Different doses(0~200 Gy) of 60Co-γ rays were used to irradiate the seedlings and seeds of maize inbred lines,then the growth of the contemporary and the next generations were investigated.The results showed that the appropriate irradiation dose for maize seedlings was 75~100 Gy,while that for seeds was 100~150 Gy.The difference analysis of rates and characters in mutation and the comparison of advantages and disadvantages of the two methods could provide theory and technique references for irradiation breeding.
