摘要
番泻叶为通便宁片复方制剂中的君药,原标准采用分光光度法测定其中番泻苷B的含量,但操作复杂且所测成分易见光分解。文章以HPLC法测定其芦荟大黄素和大黄酸的含量,以此作为番泻叶成分的测定指标,以期探索方便有效的测定方法。
Senna is the sovereign ingredient of Tongbianning compound Tablet. According to established standard,content of sennoside B assessed by spectrophotometry is used to determine Senna,but the operation is complicated and sennoside B is easily disintegrated under exposure to light. In this article,methods of HPLC for determination of Aloe-emodin and Rhein are discussed in order to discover new parameters and more effective methods for Sennas analysis.
