摘要
计算机技术用于医疗领域已有半个多世纪了,但是在电子病历档案建设上,取得实质性的进展却是最近10年的事。本文简要介绍国外电子病历档案的发展现状,总结了电子病历档案的应用标准、目前进行的项目、存在的问题以及采取的措施。
Computer technology used in medical field for over half a century,but it make progress in electronic medical records is to do the last 10 years.This paper introduces the development of electronic medical records and summarized the standard,current projects,problems and measures.
