摘要
研究了应用活性炭吸附法对海带化工中的提碘后废水中低含量的碘进行回收的新工艺。传统海带加工中海带浸泡水经离子交换提碘后其中碘质量浓度为20~30 mg/L,这部分碘可在pH为1.5~2.0条件下经氧化后由活性炭柱富集。富集后的活性炭柱经氢氧化钠溶液洗脱,洗脱液经酸化中和可获得碘质量浓度为300~400 mg/L的溶液。该工艺为提碘废水的回收利用提供了一条切实可行的途径。
A new technology,which applied active carbon adsorption method to recover the low-content residue iodine from the iodine production effluent in the kelp chemical industry,was researched.Mass concentration of residue iodine in the traditional iodine production effluent after treated by ion-exchange resin was at 20~30 mg/L,which can be Absorbed and collected by the carbon columns after oxidation under the condition of pH at 1.5~2.0.Carbon columns that contain iodine were eluted with NaOH solvent.After neutralized with HCl the mass concentration of iodine in the eluate could be at 300~400 mg/L.The new technology is a practical way for the recycling of the iodine production effluent.
