摘要
实验利用活性碳纤维(Activated carbon fiber,ACF)提取含碘卤水中的碘,考察了活性碳纤维的预处理方法和卤水中碘离子的氧化方法,采用扫描电镜对ACF表面结构进行了表征,探讨了温度、吸附时间等条件对吸附量的影响,确定了吸附等温曲线和吸附后碘的解吸方法。试验结果表明,吸附平衡数据符合Langmuir等温方程,在pH=2~3左右,用NaNO2作为氧化剂,1 mol/L HCl预处理活性碳纤维的条件下,吸附率达到90%以上。
In this paper, study on extracting, iodine from brine was carried out by using activated carbon fiber (ACF) as absorbent material. Different pretreatment methods of activated carbon fiber and oxidation method of iodine ions in the brine were investigated. The ACF' s surface structure was characterized by SEM. The influence of temperature and adsorbing time on adsorption capacity and the desorption way of iodine from ACF' s surface were studied. Adsorption isotherm curve was acquired from experimental data. The results showed that the adsorption date fit well into the Langmuir adsorption isotherm, under the conditions of pH = 2 - 3, NaNO: as oxidant, 1 mol/L HCl pretreating the ACF, adsorption ratio was beyond 90%.
