Synthesis of 2-(2-Chloroethyl) 5 Chloro-6-Phenyl Pyridazinone-3(2H)

摘要 以易获得的苯和糠氯酸为原料,在温和的反应条件下,经三步反应合成出2-(2-氯乙基)-5-氯-6-苯基-3(2H)-哒嗪酮。化合物的结构经1HNMR和13CNMR谱得以证实。 An effeetive method has been developed for the preparation of 2- （2-cbloroethyl） -5-chloro-6-phenyl - pyfidazin-3 （2H）-one from the easily accessible starting materials mucochloric acid and benzene under mild conditions. The synthesized compounds are confirmed by 1H - NMR and 13C - NMR
