摘要
在电子级磷酸制备中,吸附与膜分离技术得到充分应用,不仅提高了磷酸的纯度,而且投资少,能耗较低,易于工业化。分别介绍了吸附与膜分离技术在电子级磷酸制备中的应用情况及其进展,并对其存在问题提出了改进意见。
Adsorption and membrane separation technology is fully used in the production of electronic grade phosphoric acid,which not only improves the purity of the phosphoric acid,but also the investment is small,the energy consumption is low,and easy to achieve industrial production.The application and progress of adsorption and membrane separation technology in the production of electronic grade phosphoric acid are outlined,and improvement ideas for existing problems are proposed.
