摘要
高校法制教育是教育在校大学生知法守法,提高自我保护意识并预防与减少违法犯罪行为的有效途径。高校要把法制教育作为践行"三个代表"重要思想,落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会的重要内容。树立以人为本的思想,切实抓好对学生的思想教育、法律素质教育、法律意识教育,校园文化和校园环境等建设,构建和谐校园。
Socialistic legal education in colleges is aimed to educate college students to know and abide by law,to enhance their awareness of self-protection and to prevent and reduce the crimes.The colleges should take the legal education as the main contents of fulfilling the important thoughts of ＂three represents＂,carrying out the scientific outlook on development and building a harmonious society.It is necessary to establish the people-oriented ideas.Great efforts must be made to construct the students’ ideological education,education of legal qualities and law awareness,campus culture and campus environment construction.In doing so,a more harmonious campus will be built.
