摘要
对供应链突发事件的应对方案研究,不仅可以为供应链突发事件的应对打下基础,而且可指导突发事件应急管理的决策者快速评定突发事件,准确的选择应对方案,提高应变能力和反应速度。拟通过分析供应链突发事件的分类、影响和规律等特征,对外部物流的供应链突发事件进行探讨。在确定供应链突发事件的影响基础上,对基于外部物流的供应链中的突发事件进行科学的管理,提出相应的应对方案。
The emergency resonse programs for supply chain,not only for the supply chain,lay the foundation for emergency response,and can guide policy makers in emergency management emergency rapid assessment,accurate selection response programs,to improve response capabilities and speed of response.This paper analyzes the supply chain emergency classification,effects and laws of other features,the external logistics supply chain of unexpected events.In determining the impact of supply chain based on unexpected events,based on external logistics supply chain management of scientific emergencies,response plan accordingly.
