机车乘务员的职业倦怠与社会支持的相关研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解机车乘务员职业倦怠的现状,探讨其对策研究。方法采用工作倦怠量表MB I-GS和社会支持评定问卷对郑州机务段569名机车乘务员的职业倦怠进行了比较研究。结果不同工龄的乘务员在情绪衰竭和玩事不恭方面有显著差异;机车乘务员的职业倦怠和社会支持存在显著的负相关。结论乘务员的职业倦怠程度较高,组织管理者和个体应从工作压力、社会支持、组织管理模式等方面进行有效干预和调节,减轻职业倦怠。
