摘要
目的了解胃癌患者调节型双通道间置空肠消化道重建术后不同时期的生存质量(QOL)状况,分析影响患者QOL的原因,为护理干预提供依据。方法应用Spitzer生存质量总体评分量表及Chew-wun Wu的特殊症状量表,对65例行调节型双通道间置空肠消化道重建术的胃癌患者分别于术前、术后1、3、6、12个月进行调查,并对不同时期的得分进行比较及分析。结果患者术后QOL得分较术前增加(P<0.05);术后1、3、6、12个月的QOL总分持续增加,相互比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);各分项的得分趋势在不同时期各不相同。结论针对不同时期QOL各分项的变化趋势,护理人员应适时给予心理支持、健康教育、舒适护理及康复指导等相对应的干预措施,以进一步提高患者的QOL。
Objective To understand the statas of life quality for patients with gastric cancer in different stages after the accommodation double tract digestive reconstruction of jejunal interposition for total gastretomy,and analyze the reason that influences the QOL,then to provide the foundation of nursing intervening.Methods 65 cases with gastric cancer were investigated with adopted Spitzer QOL overall grade table and Chew-Wun Wu＇s special symptom table before operation and at the stage in 1,3,6,12 month after surgery.Result Score for patients after operation was increased（P〈0.05）,and it continued to increase 1,3,6,12 month after operation（P〈0.05）.Score of each subentry was different in each stage.Conclusion To aim at change tendency of QOL in different stage,nurses should provide psychological support,health education,cozy nursing and healing directions in time,so as to increase patient＇s QOL.
