摘要
教学内容和教材的改革，首先在于人才培养模式的改革．讨论了改革高师理科人才培养模式，必须加强素质教育．在拓宽理科专业基础的同时，也要提高理科人才的人文素质，注重人才的个性发展，并在具体的教学环节中。
Reform of teaching content and teaching material system is first in
reform of talents training model. This paper discusses that competence education is the key of
reform of science department of higher teacher’s univerrsity. In discipline education, we will be
care wide basis and individualistic education, and strengthen combination of theory and practics.
