摘要
主要讨论了改正通告管理系统中的三个模块,改正通告编辑系统、审核系统和发布系统的设计与实现。该系统结合电子海图进行改正通告编辑,自动录入测绘数据库,实现了系统间数据共享,利用数据库二次开发接口在测绘生产项目管理系统调用并审批,并最终实现内外网Web发布,提高了改正通告编辑的质量和效率,方便海图制作部门及海图用户查询、下载。
The paper discusses the design and performance of the management system for notice to mariners（NTM）,which includes 3functions：compilation,operational auditing and Web publication of NTM.With software,we can compile NTM based on S-57 ENC,issue the latest NTM on internet.The system helps to improve the efficiency and quality of NTM,ensure all clients to browse and download NTM at any place.
