摘要
通过回顾航海通告结构的发展过程,并通过对比代表国外航海通告发展主流的英版航海通告的结构特点,提出了应当在借鉴国外航海通告发展成熟经验基础上,开发具有自己特色的航海通告的发展思路。
This paper reviews the structure and content development process of notices to mariners and compares it with admiral notices to mariners and proposes that the way with distinctive feature should be developed based on the rich experience of the notices to mariners issued by foreign countries.
