摘要
高校科技中介机构的绩效评估是一项系统工程,而科学合理的绩效评价具有导向、鉴定、改进、激励、管理的功能。鉴于此,高校科技中介机构的绩效评估指标体系应该是一个有机的整体。构建了高校科技中介机构运行模式绩效评价指标体系,阐述了基于三角模糊数的综合评价方法,并进行了实证分析。
Performance evaluation of university ST intermediary agency is a systematic,and scientific and rational performance evaluation possesses the functions such as the orientation,identification,improvement,motivation,management.In view of these,performance evaluation index system of the university S T intermediary agencies should be an organic entirety,so we try to build a performance evaluation index system of the university S T intermediary agencies and establish a comprehensive evaluation method based on triangular fuzzy number;finally,we make an empirical analysis.
