摘要 用高效成膜剂携带植物生长调节物质及酶活性物质(简称RE)包衣玉米种子,干后播种,结果表明适当浓度的RE包衣处理提高玉米苗叶绿素含量,抑制地上生长,促进根系生长,提高根冠比.经干旱处理,玉米苗保护酶(SOD、CAT)活性上升,而POD活性下降,MDA含量下降,Pro含量上升.RE包衣处理表现了壮苗。 RE, a composit of plant growth regulations and trace elements, was used to coat the maize seeds after being carried by highly effective polymers, then the coating seeds were sown directly after dring. The results showed that in the treatment the content of chlorophyll(Chl), root-top ratio were increased, but the growth of aerial pars was inhibiled. Furthermore, the activity of Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Catalase (CAT) rising, and Peroxidose(POD) declining. as well as the content of Malon dialdehyde (MAD) dropping, the prolin (Pro) increasing. It was also observed that RE treatment had effects on strenthing seedling and on drought-resistence.
