摘要
基于莫尔条纹干涉技术，利用傅里叶频谱的分析方法，对相位物体的测试系统进行了设计，导出了不同光强分布对应的莫尔条纹方程及光强度分布公式．
On account of moire interfere technology, moire stripe produced by doublegrating has been analyzed by use of the Fourier frequency analysis method. Phase object measure ment system is designed, Moire stripe equation corresponding different distribution of strentgh of the light has been successfully derived.
