依据API Spec 8A关于载荷试验的基本观点,介绍了石油钻采工具型式试验中采用电阻应变仪测量残余变形的卸载法和逐级加载法;指出了应变不均布时残余变形的分布规律,并给出了钻井卡瓦型式试验检测实例。
In accordance with the elementary requirements for load test stipulated by API Spec 8A, this article introduces the unloading method and step-by-step loading method for measuring residual deformation by means of straingauge by design proof test for drilling and production hoisting equipment, shows the distribution pattern of residual deformation by not well-distributed strains and, as an example, presents the design proof test procedure for drilling clevators.
