摘要
在对目前采用的抽油机吊挂重物加载型式试验系统和液压加载型式试验系统进行对比分析的基础上,推荐一种较理想的斜面重物加载型式试验系统。该系统利用斜面滑动摩擦力形成的上、下冲程载荷差,以及采用弹性系统模拟抽油杆柱和油管柱的弹性变形,可以较真实地模拟抽油机工作时的油井工况。
On the basis of comparision and analysis of the two loading systems used up till now for load test of pumping units, e. i. loading by hanging weights and hydraulic loading, a relatively perfect loading system with weights on an inclined plane is recommanded in this arteicle. With the aid of load difference resulted from the sliding friction forces on the inclined plane by up-and-down strokes and by using an elastic system simulatirg the elastic deformation of sucker rod and tubing string, a cuite true simulation of the working conditions in a well will he achieved.
