How to Prolong the Service Life of the Fluid Cylinder on High Pressure Waterflood Pumps

摘要 提高往复式高压注水泵泵头体使用寿命的途径是采用化学热处理工艺处理泵头体,即选用特定的中碳合金结构钢,成型后进行渗碳处理,然后直接淬火回火,在表面或亚表面产生高的压应力,形成均匀完全的马氏体薄壳,从而提高泵头体的抗疲劳性能。实践表明,采用上述工艺处理的泵头体,工作压力在30MPa时,平均寿命已达11938h。 The way to prolong the service life of the fluid cylinder on high pressure reciprocating waterflood pumps is to select a specific medium-carbon alloy steel for the cylinder and bring it, after being formed,to undergo an optimum the rmoche mical treatment-carburizing followed by quenching and tempering,, with the aim of obtaining high compressive stress on the surface or subsurface and a thin shell of homogeneous full martensite, and thus higher fatigue strength. Field data show that the average life of the cylinders treated as stated above was up to 11,938 hours under a working pressure of 30MPa.
