摘要
通过对影响高职院校办公室建设的内部与外部环境变化进行分析,概括高职院校办公室创建"学习型、服务型、和谐型"办公室的含义,并从管理理念、管理方式、管理主体、管理效能四个方面提出加强高职院校办公室建设的思路。
This paper analyzes the changes in the internal and external environments of college office building in higher vocational institutes,proposes the meaning of building a 'learning,service-oriented and harmonious' office,and puts forward some thoughts of strengthening college office construction from the aspects of managing ideas,managing means,managing subjects and managing efficiency.
