在高校内部管理复杂化、外部资源竞争激烈的情况下,高校校长办公室的职能应得到强化和拓展,对内要强化协调职能,对外要拓展公关职能。而实现职能强化和拓展的具体策略:是提高办公室人员素质和业务水平、强化科学管理、完善运行机制。
Facing both the inner administration complication and the outer resource＇s intense competition, president＇s office＇s functions have to be enhanced, including the functions of inner strengthening coordination and outer extending public relations, and so on. The concrete strategies to realize the functions are as follows., enhancing office＇s staff quality and competence, perfecting administration mechanism.
