摘要
给出了一个基于GSM网的移动目标跟踪与管理系统的设计和实现·系统由总控中心和移动控制台组成·总控中心采用CLIENT/SERVER结构,处理移动控制台发来的原始位置和报警信号等数据,完成对移动目标的实时跟踪和信息管理·MCU由嵌入式计算机、GPS接收机、GSM手机、PCMCIACARD等组成,完成目标原始位置和其他数据的搜集和传送·通过采用地图匹配定位技术、GSM网SMS技术、EGF格式的矢量化彩色地图等技术,提高了系统的可靠性和实时性,使系统具有较大的容量·系统已在公安系统的多个单位投入了实际使用,效果良好·
A GSM based Mobile Object Tracing and Management System was presented. The system consists of Control Center and Mobile Control Unit. The Control Center is Client/Server architecture, it processes original location and alarm signal data sent from Mobile Control Unit, and accomplishes real time tracing and information management of mobile objects. The Mobile Control Unit is composed of embedded computer, GPS receiver, GSM phone and PCMCIA card. It collects and transfers original location and other data. By using Map Matching technology, Short Message Services technology and EGF format digital map, the reliability, real time ability and capacity of the system are improved. The system has been successfully used in several police bureaus.
