摘要
指出了现场使用的标准API钻具螺纹所存在的缺点,并针对这些缺点提出了相应的改进措施,即改进螺纹牙底形状和改变螺纹锥度配合。理论研究表明,采用本文所提出的改进措施以后,钻具螺纹的疲劳寿命可显著提高。就目前我国现场的加工条件来讲,实现这些改进措施是完全可能的,而且成本低,效益好。
The author explores the weak points of the API standard threads on drilling tools used in the field, and presents accordingly some measures for improvement that is, to modify the root form and the taper fit of the threads. Theoretical studies show that the fatigue life of the tool threads could be noticeably increased after the measures mentioned in the article being taken. And. technologically speaking, it is entirely possible to take such measures in the machine works in oil fields and. moreover, at little cost and of good benefit.
