摘要
国外近年来开发了一种用于高温高压油气管路连接的燕尾螺纹。作者介绍了这种螺纹的结构、性能和特点,并指出高精度、多功能大型数控车床是目前国内加工燕尾螺纹的唯一可行的设备,还探索了加工这种螺纹的基本步骤和方法。
A kind of dovetail thread for oil and gas pipeline connections under high temperature and high pressure has been developed in recent years. The author introduces its design features, functions and characteristics and indicates that the large scale numerical control lathe with high accuracy and multiple functions is the only feasible equipment for machining dovetail threads at home at present. The author also probes the basic procedure and method for machining such threads.
